Scheduling will be based on call volume. Tele-commuting Emergency Road Service. Limited geographic areas. As a tele-commuting Hotline Agent, you will answer incoming calls in your own home from Customers in need of emergency road service. After gathering detailed information, you will dispatch calls to the appropriate shop or service providers who will assist the Customer.
